Device Footprint Specs: MAX10 10M02V36

Hello,

After searching the Altera website, I can't seem to find a document specifying the footprint for the MAX10 10M02V36 36-pin BGA.

Does anyone know where I could locate this? The link provided here appears broken (at least for Chrome and IE): https://www.altera.com/support/suppo...b-cadence.html

Note: I need this information for a design in Eagle CAD.
