Need help for schematics PSK modulation on Stratix II

Hi, i'm a student of university and i need help for a project for a exam.
The target is the implementation of BPSK (binary phase shift keying) modulator on FPGA Stratix II with the MegaCore Function in Simulink...
Any suggestions on which blocks to use?
