DS-5 debug configuration

I installed Quartus 13.1.0.162 without problem. In C:\altera\13.1\embedded\ds-5_installer, I ran the installer.. also without problem. However, when I go into run -> debug configurations... and select "DS-5 Debugger" then click new. In the connection tab, in "Select Target" pane i see two top level choices: Android or Generic. I do NOT see "Altera" as it shows in the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_xKybPhcHI

What is going on!?
